Merging individual locations into this article

Smtss7998 seems to have been taking it upon himself to make a stub for each and every one of the individual institutes collected under this umbrella. I submit that having ten bare-bones articlets like Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Kannur and Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Champa is quite superfluous, only serves to split information up into multiple locations and is probably only confusing to readers. There is not nearly enough material to make this necessary, and the likelihood of substantial expansion seems slim for any of these. The editor's main argument appears to be that these are different physical locations and thus require separate articles - which is not the case, and has never been a reason to spread a little information this thin. Apart from that, the sourcing and apparent notability for some of these is rather weak, and I would be tempted to AfD a couple due to lack of demonstrated independent notability. COmbining them onto one page avoids that. - I propose to merge all of the articles linked in the below table into the table itself, or if preferred, to make subsections dealing with each.
