Erroneous Link edit
The Duke was not buried in the cemetery(sic) at St George's Parish Church in Shropshire, but at the family mausoleum at Trentham, Staffordshire (The Complete Peerage, Volume XII). I have taken the issue up with owner of the linked website, which describes the stone naming him at St George's as a "Grave monument", but which may actually only be a commemorative stone or 'cenotaph' or a foundation or dedication stone for the church building. I await his reply before removing the link entirely.Cloptonson (talk) 20:37, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
Political Activities edit
Contrary to impression given by article as it is, he had been a Member of Parliament for three constituencies of increasing size (The Complete Peerage, which mentions no deafness suffered - I think a citation is needed for this article's reference to deafness). Details of these and other activities, cited to Complete Peerage, will be given in due course.Cloptonson (talk) 20:48, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
Number of children edit
Does anyone have a legit source about the number of children he had? According to The Times obit, he had eight children (four daughters and four sons), with seven alive when he died. —МандичкаYO 😜 06:40, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
