I have found the article Clémence de Bourges today. In the biography, there's not mention that she was also a composer. However, there're some facts similars to Clémentine, and Clémence is a derivation of Clémentine.
Facts that match:
Husband killed in a battle against Huguenots
Similar name
Same place of birth
Discrepancies:
All the sources that I found related to music composers remarked that her birthday is unknown. However, for Clémence that's not the case.
Sources related to music points out decease day in 1561. In biographies of Clémence, some of them say 1557; and others, 1562.
