[Untitled] edit

The article usefully includes an Ordnance Survey map (on which place-names are definitive), showing the correct spelling to be "Caldy". . . .LinguisticDemographer 19:18, 20 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Map edit

The map is way, way off, unless the Faroe Islands are now considered a part of Wales. Josh (talk) 17:47, 28 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

seems to be fixed now. thanks to whoever did it. I suck at code stuff.Josh (talk) 14:12, 5 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Historic abuse revelations edit

Revelations of historic abuse by a (now deceased) monk on Caldey have been reported by the Guardian here and BBC here. Is this something that other editors think should be included in the article? Tony Holkham (Talk) 23:03, 18 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I withdraw this question - it has been included in Caldey Abbey. Tony Holkham (Talk) 23:06, 18 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

New editor/s edit

@ Tony Holkham,
Is it one or two? Do we have two editors here with similar names and both with a history of their editing this article only and both starting today?
Sincerely, Gareth Griffith-Jones (contribs) (talk) 14:17, 1 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Too much of a coincidence. Worth advising both about COI, multiple accounts and even paid editing, do you think? They may have a useful contribution to make, since they seem to know the place, so I wouldn't want to out them off editing. Tony Holkham (Talk) 14:25, 1 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
I agree with that. No new edits since I posted this.

Watching brief. I have juggled the text around a bit, trying to make the island the focus, rather than the abbey, which has its own article. Lovely day today here in Pembs. About time. Tony Holkham (Talk) 11:56, 2 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
