– No clear primary topic, the AD year gets 889 views (but probably largely inflated since most 3 digit years appear to get less than 200 views), the number gets 91 (the original meaning and arguably more primary by PT#2 but doesn't have a separate article) and the BC year gets 25 [[1]]. Boeing 737 gets 59,611, Seven Thirty-Seven gets 2,580 and Pinoy Big Brother: 737 gets 839. Its not clear how often those are called "737" but even if only rarely searched/called "737" they would probably displace the year by PT#1. A Google search returns the plane on all the 1st page of results, an Images search similarly only shows the plane. A Google Books search also returns all but 2 for the plane. A site:wikipedia.org 737 returns the plane, then 5 other articles for the plane then the AD year. Given that neither the number or BC year have articles its likely that the AD year is primary by PT#2 but probably not by PT#1. A case could be made to redirect "737" to the plane like at Talk:747#Requested move 2 December 2019 but a DAB is probably the best compromise (at least for now unless a DABTEST is used in the future). (The 3-digit posse are notable for their obscene offensive gestures which puzzle other native English-speakers from the four corners of the globe, who all make do with 1 or 2.) Narky Blert (talk) 22:33, 2 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Haha, funny, took me a second! Paintspot Infez (talk) 00:53, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Not proven. My guess is that this move is a good idea but I am not yet convinced by the limited evidence available. Perhaps we need a DABTEST on the year's hatnote to see how many readers are arriving unexpectedly at the year 737 and clicking on its link to Boeing 737. • ...Support per nom. Hmm, it still would seem there's no clear primary topic (the pageviews of the surrounding years make that pretty clear). We might want to move the disambiguation page to the basename, and Maybe we can consider a DABTEST later down the line. Paintspot Infez (talk) 00:53, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Support – No clear primary topic here, certainly not the unremarkable year. I would also support a WP:DABTEST to check whether Boeing 737 should be elevated to primary topic. — JFG talk 12:27, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

DABTEST edit

To better assess whether Boeing 737 may rise to primary topic, I have set up a WP:DABTEST via 737 (aircraft), on both the dab page and the year 737 hatnote. — JFG talk 12:33, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
