- Please stop throwing around the word libel (see WP:NLT). Wikipedia works by including what has been published elsewhere. Very little details are given in that obituary. This source 1 gives more and says that the appeal quashed one of the charges (bank stability) but not the others (i.e. fraud etc) but gave a suspended sentence. Your persistence is arguing about this is quite likely going to lead to further investigation into other sources by editors here - see WP:LUC. Melcous (talk) 07:39, 23 December 2017 (UTC)

That is the only mention of an individual and and a family involved in the whole article obvious bias it was a national scandal and only one person and family is mentioned by name Flamingoflorida (talk) 08:00, 23 December 2017 (UTC) all the other banks had owners and trails and resignations But only discount owner and head is mentioned by name

Hello Flamingoflorida -- I let you know in another kind note earlier today that this series of articles is a collaboration of disinterested editors. You are not one. If, in my best judgement, I abbreviated the name of a bank in its sixth and seventh mention in an article, that is something for which I will answer to my fellow editors. As to the deletion that that the bank was owned by the family in 1983, this was a factor in the litigation. Citation to follow ... when I get around to it. In a normal case, I would let such a deletion slide, but your ferocious editing with purposeful WP:POV is a problem. The accepted method for dealing with an assertion with which you disagree would be to challenge it with {CN}. If you continue to edit, I will take such steps as are required to keep you from editing any article in the category of Recanati family. In short, to be blunt, it's not your friggin' article.
