Red FM is an Indian FM owned by Sun TV Network headquartered at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Red FM radio brand, with stations broadcasts in the cities Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Saugor, Nashik, Srinagar, Jammu, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Pune, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Hubli-Dharwad, Mysuru, Gulbarga, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Kannur, Thrissur, Dehradun, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Tirupathi, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Lucknow, Aizawl. Allahabad, Varanasi, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Bhubaneswar, Asansol, Siliguri, Gangtok, Guwahati, Patna, Muzaffarpur, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Jammu, Dhule and Shillong . It was launched in 2002, playing a mix of Hindi and English songs. However, the programming is now 100% exclusively Hindi. The channel is owned by Ram Saini, ....with a 48.9% stake, as well as minority holdings of Hyderabad-based IT company ValueLabs, NDTV, Astro. It was acquired from India Today promoter Living Media in January 2006. Their punchline is 'Bajaate Raho' (Keep Playing). The most widely broadcast shows include "Morning No.1", "DL935", "Mid Day Masala". Red FM 93.5 Bengaluru's Show "Morning No 1 with Disha" hosted by RJ Disha Oberoi, has won the "New York Film Festival’s World’s Best Radio Programs Awards" in different categories consecutively for two years in a row[1].

Starting 14 August 2009, S FM or Suryan FM was re-branded into RED FM across 64 cities in INDIA. It is also called as Superhits 93.5 RED FM. S FM took over Red FM in August, 2009 and re-branded all its stations to Red FM except for the ones in Tamil Nadu.

The station broadcasts from 6am to 12am. In metro cities, the station broadcasts 24 hours.
