Hello. I would like to fix any copyright problems in the draft. I looked at the draft, and there is much there that was deleted that I am sure you do not think is a copyright problem.
For example -- you deleted this entire paragraph as a copyright problem. But it is nearly all names of books and years. I do not think that can be a copyright problem. And there are other deletions that raise the same question.
Gideonse wrote a number of books on international economics, political economy, and foreign affairs.[1][2] He wrote Transfert des réparations et le plan Dawes (1928), The International Bank,The Higher Learning in a Democracy,The Economic Policy of the United States, Introductory General Course in the Study of Contemporary Society (1939), American Policy in Indonesia (1949), The economic foreign policy of the United States (1953), On the Educational Statesmanship of a Free Society (1959), Against the Running Tide (1967), and The Year 2000: The Future Planners and Education (1969), and co-wrote a number of other books.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
He writes: "Names of people and institutions, particularly if long, can trigger false positive copyright warnings from automated tools, but they are not violations of copyright. If that was all that caused the editor to tag the draft for copyright investigation, then you should be able to persuade them through discussion that they were mistaken.
