It's a future concept of a locomotive to replace extra puller locomotives at the front of freight trains.

So it's WP:OR, fails WP:CRYSTAL and still has no relation to a Schnabel layout. The Schnabel concept, by definition, can't be applied to a locomotive: it is only relevant if a single large piece of equipment is being delivered as freight (and which whilst being delivered, can itself form the body of the freight car). It might be cool, but it wouldn't be encyclopedic, and that's our job here. In particular, WP records stuff that has already happened, not things that we think ought to happen.

There's also the problem that monster articulated locomotives have had a poor success record previously. See the Chesapeake and Ohio class M-1, and others.
