Election result tables edit
When editing election result tables (such as those on UK constituency pages), please have regard to the agreed format (as per the discussion on the UK politics Wikiproject page). Names of candidates that link to other WP articles should be in the Commonname format, reflecting the title of the linked article page. Honorifics and other titles should not be added. In light of the decision on the Skipton file above there is no alternative but to nominate this file and a further 68 for deletion on the same grounds. I still consider that you are misunderstanding the copyright situation and by creating modified images from the out of copyright material you have created the new works yourself. You can licence them as such using a CC-by-SA licence or forego copyright altogether by use of {{PD-self}} but they are not accurate reproductions of the original maps so {{PD-1923}} is not applicable. Hello, Threehundredeight. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Since we know both the photographer and the publication dates, this image is unquestionably safe on Commons as c:File:Watson Rutherford.jpg. Unless OP has an additional objection to render, we can delete the local version.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Currently, there is not enough information in your references for editors to ascertain the veracity of the article. Please take a look at WP:CIT and WP:CITE, on what should be included in references/footnotes. After you correct the references, and when you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline, and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
