Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Anti-Catalanism, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Representation (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Your contributed article, Aragon crown

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Aragon crown. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Crown of Aragon. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Crown of Aragon. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. — Javert2113 (talk; please ping me in your reply on this page) 01:39, 6 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Domdeparis. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Catalonia, but you didn't provide a reliable source. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. I have only translated a page that already exists in 3 languages >:( as it will not be constructive . . .
Step to the wikipedia, now it turns out that foreigners know more than I do the things that are explained in primary education about my land, while they continue to manipulate erasing information or pages without informing themselves first.
Hi all content has to be sourced regardless of whether it comes from another wikiproject or not, also be very careful about how you talk about other editors. Try and assume good faith as per WP:AGF. Dom from Paris (talk) 09:49, 11 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Corrections on War of the Spanish Succession

edit

I noted your Comment on the Edit and I'm taking the time to explain this in detail because I think this is an issue worth sharing. I'm not asking you to agree with me but I do want you to be confident I've made the edits based on a clear understanding of the issues.

The statement; the crown of Aragon supported the Austrians next to England, Portugal and several other nations is not correct.

First, regardless of individual loyalties, after 1591 the Crowns of Aragon and Castille were united under one monarch. You didn't get to choose; Philip was the legal heir of Charles II, who was acknowledged as King of both Crowns.

Second, the Crown of Aragon or Corona de Aragón was composed of the separate kingdoms of Aragon, Catalonia, Majorca, Sardinia, Valencia and plus Naples and Sicily ie it is not the same as the Kingdom of Aragon.

Naples, Sicily and Sardinia all supported Philip, as did significant parts of Aragon outside Zaragossa and Valencia so we cannot say Crown of Aragon = Hapsburgs. It also ignores the very different political cultures of Aragon (the fueros, autonomy) and Castille (centralised) - not agreeing with each other was the whole point.

For me, 'Spain, in revolt against the Bourbons' is a better reflection of the legal reality than 'Spain loyal to the Hapsburgs' but not a battle worth fighting :).

Catalonia is too complex a topic to be covered by inserting flags in an article about a war four centuries ago that lasted 13 years and covered several continents. Its a discussion worth having but not here. Robinvp11 (talk) 16:47, 28 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Chronology of the repression of Catalan

edit

The article Chronology of the repression of Catalan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Irredeemably point of view-pushing article, from the title to the note at the top to the content.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Chronology of the repression of Catalan moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Chronology of the repression of Catalan, violates WIkipedia's WP:NPOV and WP:OR rules. It is clearly still under development, so I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. The Mirror Cracked (talk) 20:08, 13 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Seriously guy? Did the repression not happen? Also, that asquelad or however is he named has kind of an obsession with any article talking good about Catalonia using as reference points of view of authors such as Francisco Caja, of dubious impartiality.

Moving Draft:Front Nacional de Catalunya (2013) to Wikipedia:Front Nacional de Catalunya (2013) was a really bad idea. Your draft is not yet ready to be an article - it does not have any sources. Even if it was ready, it absolutely should not be moved to Wikipedia space as you have done. The Mirror Cracked (talk) 20:13, 13 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • Moved back to draft space. You don't deserve it but GeoffreyT2000 has done some fixing of the refs for you. But more fixing is needed. Note also that the English language has a neuter gender, thus "he obtained a councilor in Ripoll" should be re-worded as "it obtained a councillor in Ripoll" or, more idiomatically, as "out of 9000 seats they managed to get just one councillor elected in Ripoll". When you think the article is ready, do not move it but click on the submit tag and wait for an experienced reviewer to give their opinion. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:36, 13 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

In MOS:DRAFTNOLINK we can read this:

«Do not create links to user, WikiProject, essay or draft pages in articles, except in articles about Wikipedia itself (see Self-references to avoid).»

Two users have explained this to you, in English and in Catalan. But you still link your draft to another page (original link, link after the English warning and link after the Catalan warning). You even insulted me («authoritarian», «fascist»), which makes me difficult to assume good faith on you. Please stop. --FogueraC (talk) 09:35, 15 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Vejam, Sylas.
--FogueraC (talk) 21:52, 1 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
