Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Chitra

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Chitra requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://ibgnews.astromindsclub.com/?q=content/%E2%80%9Cchitra%E2%80%9D. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Draft:LaughaLaughi

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Draft:LaughaLaughi, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://pastebin.com/pNCQFgyN.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Image without license

Unspecified source/license for File:Logo of LaughaLaughi.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Logo of LaughaLaughi.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 23:46, 24 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Suryasankarroy. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. Editing for the purpose of advertising or promotion is not permitted. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. --Animalparty! (talk) 01:32, 22 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

This notice was delivered because your username closely resembles the name one of the founders of LaughaLaughi. Note that Wikipedia is not a place for promotion or free publicity. --Animalparty! (talk) 01:36, 22 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Dr. Krishnendu Chatterjee moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Dr. Krishnendu Chatterjee, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. February 2019

edit

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Suryasankarroy, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Suryasankarroy|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. GSS (talk|c|em) 16:45, 19 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Reviewing administrators are welcome to email me for off-wiki evidence if needed. Yunshui  13:35, 22 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

You will get your evidence soon. :) A big organization like Wikipedia makes its decisions based on perceptions. Don't worry. Law will prove who is right and who is wrong. Thank you :)

Is this a legal threat? GSS (talk|c|em) 16:15, 25 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

@GSS - I believe you can have a word with the almighty Yunshi who knows nothing about me but still blocks me, the IP address, blames me. Talks about off-wiki-evidence which he only knows and believes and what not? You both did things and said that I work for money which is totally based on your perceptions. People can even go to jail for abusing someone without a proper legal proof. Did you fight legally? No! Then? Now, I would do things which are legal. Come on, you cannot change my name legally. You cannot compare me with someone else legally.

Have a nice day. :)
