Copying images from the Internet

Additional note: Also, I cannot verify nor use the source specified to trace back the original source of this image, and neither a reverse image search helps in tracing back the file. Also, the licensing does not look right: did Wikipedia itself really released it into the public domain? Ntx61 (talk) 13:45, 27 April 2020 (UTC)

In addition, I spotted another similarly untraceable file (File:BA Radi Radev.jpg), which is now up for deletion per CSD F9 with the same reason as above. Ntx61 (talk) 13:59, 27 April 2020 (UTC)

To further update my reason for WP:CSD#F9 against File:Music Parade.jpg, I just discovered that the image metadata otherwise credits a certain "Krasimir Todorov". Please provide a correct source and an appropriate license for this file; otherwise, it can be deleted. Ntx61 (talk) 14:35, 27 April 2020 (UTC)
