Please be aware that newly-created articles are expected to meet the general notability guideline, which specifies that articles need to be supported by citations to multiple independent reliable sources with significant coverage (emphasis mine) of the subject. Amritsar New Delhi Vande Bharat Express is conform by Indian Railways but it's not scheduled the timings & stops and it's opening on 30th December maybe so its in list of vande bharat express article and others are also conformed by it Jalna-Csmt, Ayodhya Anand vihar also are inaugurate on 30th but it's timings & stops are not shared by Railways.
