April 2021 edit

Hello, I'm Arjayay. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Vidarbha, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 08:33, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Vidarbha. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 08:33, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Amravati, you may be blocked from editing. DO not add personal commentary in the articles. No reason tarnishing the image of the settlement. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 09:50, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Godi media. You have also been adding text that is not neutral to the article. bonadea contributions talk 10:24, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

You fucking shit holes u suck RashmikantT (talk) 10:30, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

RashmikantT, it is never fun to have your edit reverted, but you can't attack your fellow editors – No personal attacks is a Wikipedia policy. The content and sources you added, about courts stopping various programmes, might belong in some Wikipedia article about media controversies in India, but Godi media is an article about that term, and so content and sources that don't discuss (or even use) the term do not belong in the article. I hope that makes sense. Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 10:34, 14 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Pls gracefully accept my unconditional apology I did not mean harm whatsoever. But pls give source on topics, i find some topics biased even with facts to make content extra "neutral" editors i found just skip the content or make unnecessary changes to it. Like in Ramdev topic it is even u can get on his product that he uses Fluoride in his toothpaste still people claim him as making herbal and mineral extravaganza which i find factually incorrect. There r other instances as well. Still i on all accounts held me as responsible for losing my patience and calling out names. I will fully try to endeavor more in future and will try to not get involved personally. Kindly accept my apology. Let us try to make web factually correct. Proposed deletion of Best of consumer products in India edit

The article Best of consumer products in India has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable. Nothing more than a few lines and external links.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion of Best of consumer products in India edit

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page Best of consumer products in India has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion Review DMacks (talk) 16:48, 20 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am willing to learn, willing to have discussions with seniors in wiki, there is lot of room in me to make a better person than i am today and i just feel wikipedia could be that door for me to not be biased and bring some meaningful change. RashmikantT (talk) 19:35, 24 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Everyone is biased; the key is in being aware of one's biases. This is why Wikipedia summarizes what independent reliable sources state. The main reason for the block is personal attacks; for the block to be removed early, you will need to describe what you will do to avoid making personal attacks and how to better handle resolving disputes. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 20:11, 24 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

For not making personal attacks 1.i will endeavor in future more 2.i will think calmly and will try to have meaningful discussion. 3.And i will try to counter by facts rather than name calling. 4. I will try to bring change on way i present myself on wiki 5. And i will listen to other side story as well before making any rash decisions. RashmikantT (talk) 21:22, 24 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • Can you explain why it took a block to make you realize the problems with your behavior? You had been given many civil warnings and explanations of how Wikipedia expects users to talk to each other, and to use reliable sources, for instance by Bonadea here and here. All Bonadea got for that was "You fucking shit holes u suck" and "U dimwit". But as soon as you're actually blocked, you're suddenly soft-spoken. Is it that you respect admins because they have the power to block you, but don't have any respect at all for regular users? In my opinion, two weeks was a short block for such behavior, and I'd certainly hesitate to unblock you. But I'll leave it to 331dot. Bishonen | tålk 22:13, 24 April 2021 (UTC).Reply

I was heavily relying on the fact that for one tiny user perhaps the warnings would not result in ban; plane-ly i thought u were bluffing. I cant however overlook the downfall or, the language i used for other users particularly when i was ban. I was king in my mind after few edits i cant lie about it, i thought i have power, perhaps it is a strong word but corrupted me. I am always soft spoken these links of abusing is exception. Had i been in your shoes it would not convince me either i cant blame u. About extending the ban, if u extend it i would happily accept it:) RashmikantT (talk) 07:50, 25 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

I have a motion to add, i plead not guilty in case of disruptive editing, as i am told i am guilty of personal attacks and that is why i have been blocked however i noticed just now that in another charge i have been punished of disruptive editing. I want to defend it. RashmikantT (talk) 18:39, 25 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Aam Aadmi Party‎, when that content is supported by reliable sources cited for it. Wikipedia has principle of verifiability not truth.-- Toddy1 (talk) 12:29, 5 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Aam Aadmi Party. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. -- Toddy1 (talk) 13:37, 5 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi RashmikantT! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Aam Aadmi Party that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. -- Toddy1 (talk) 04:33, 6 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your alleged information is scaring me. And I need to comprehend the importance of information rather than some allegations.   You keep censoring the article on the Aam Aadmi Party. You claim in your edit summaries that the source does not support the statements that you keep deleting. That is not truthful. The article on the Aam Aadmi Party cites an article from The Hindu for these statements, and that article explicitly supports the statements you claim are unsupported by any of the citations.-- Toddy1 (talk) 18:22, 21 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

However, he did not answer the question the media has been posing on a possible alliance between the two parties. In fact, AAP leader Prashant Bhushan was quoted in a newspaper report as stating that the party would not tie up with the CPI(M) as corruption had seeped into its rank and file. This is your basis I think, from the news article... So if someone asks about ufo it can be included in pentagon and its secrets? Plus prashant Bhushan, by the news doesn't seem to respond to the CPI M member but a general statement, however by teddy's editing it seems like prashant has been responding to the CPI m member, it's frivolous and very vague about the incident. If it is a media speculation, kindly add a new section called "rumors" we can put such news in that section, there is also a rumor by opposing parties like Kejriwal, de facto leader of AAP, is a terrorist and Khalistan funded, even Indian pm, whilst his election rally "accused" it. By teddy's logic kejriwal can be granted a terrorist, and his party, the AAP, can be called as a Khalistani funded party, anyhow I'm asking the person concerned to recognize the biaseness in the statement presented in ideology section which I deleted with no prejudice whatsoever. I'm again asking for a non threatening tone if possible in future :) RashmikantT (talk) 19:43, 21 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Aam Aadmi Party does not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Venkat TL (talk) 13:26, 14 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Dhruv edits (talk) 15:32, 14 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

What Venkat TL says is correct. The site that you copied from, https://www.clearias.com/reservation-in-india/, also has a notice at the bottom that reads "Copyright © 2022 - ClearIAS.com", so there is no indication that it's compatibly licensed.
