Copyright violations edit
It's been brought to the attention of ANI that you have made several pages that contained copyright violations. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. You cannot post text that has been previously posted elsewhere, as this text is considered to be automatically copyrighted and the only way to post it would be to file a ticket through WP:ORTS. The other issue with copyvio is that even if permission is granted, the material is almost always written in a way that would come across as promotional and would be considered inappropriate to add. The content in some of the pages was pretty unambiguously promotional. At this point you've created four pages, three of which have had copyright issues at various points in time, beginning with May 20, 2015. It looks like you've had several notices put on your page so there's no real reason why you shouldn't at least be partially aware that posting copyrighted text is considered inappropriate.
I also have to ask: do you have a conflict of interest? By this I mean were you hired or otherwise asked to create these articles? All of the articles relate to Prime Database in some form or fashion, so it looks likely that this is the case. While you can edit with a conflict of interest, you are expected to follow guidelines pretty closely and you are also supposed to disclose this conflict of interest on your userpage.
As it stands, I'm going to block you from editing for copyright violations and some promotional edits. There is a possibility that you can be unblocked, but you will have to do the following:
- Show that you understand why I blocked you.
- Promise that you will not continue this behavior.
- Disclose your conflict of interest (if there is one) on your userpage.
- Go through one of Wikipedia's training modules such as WP:ADVENTURE. This will be a show of good faith on your part that you are trying to learn the site's guidelines.
- Create any new articles via WP:AfC. (This will be beneficial because if they fail at AfC and don't violate copyright guidelines or are too promotional, you will be given a chance to fix the issues and resubmit the article.)
During this time I'd like you to go over the various policies and guidelines at WP:COI, WP:COPYVIO, WP:GNG, and WP:RS.
