"The guy who moved the page to the correct name admitted it is a typo" - the guy who added the redirect to the page obviously agrees that it is a typo. There is nothing for me to "admit" and it is irrelevant for me to restate my opinion :-)

It is more relevant if the guy who created the page as "Suhasini" or (in this case) moved to "Suhasini" admitted that it is a typo. That is User:Rohitde who is inactive for 14 years and has not been informed. But anyway, it is wrong and IMHO delete is the right decision Tintin 04:36, 24 October 2023 (UTC)

Issue

I have this issue too. You see an article, you tried to find sources basically Google search nothings pops up but the article is saved by one user who adds nice sources, you couldn't find. I wish that those sources would be added before so that the article doesn't have to be deleted. Deletion is nice in a way cause it forces users to add sources. Thoughts? I really wanna leave

I can't take it anymore but I keep finding films without articles. I hate the fact that nobody in society (not u guys) values editing here and I have to edit in secrecy. I keep coming back cause one of the only valuable thing I feel I have done in my life is create hundreds of articles here and find nice guys like you Manick22, Monhiroe, Mushy Yank, Srivin, Kataariveera, Neutral Fan, AShiv1212 etc. I have articles in my sandbox but I don't have time. Think about it this way. Wikipedia is not supposed to be edited frequently (ask the admins). Me adding cast members to cast sections (based on the database) in my mind is original research. It breaks my heart that there is so many missing articles. I have spend more time here than watch actual movies and enjoy my time.

But the main thing is this. I go to Zamin Ryot and found numerous films without any data on the internet (Ab207 is busy). We need to form The Avengers and assign each other a task for this place to survive. I wasted my time creating articles for Telugu-language films even tho somehow every film has an article on the Telugu Wikipedia. The problem here is that only pages are created in which people have an interest in, others are forgotten.

No, you are not weird. My two cents of advice - to avoid stress - is to prioritise certain tasks rather than trying to do everything. These days, I largely just maintain the yearly page of released films - and add new articles where necessary. I don't try to do tasks that I once used to do - like copyedit existing articles (time passes and makes articles dated / fans takeover with POV) or add references (time-consuming / I'm no expert / AI tools like Reflinks should do this anyway). Tried using this as a model: "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sivaji_Ganesan_filmography". Anyways those films are rightly considered as cameos. In Mana Desam, NTR is only there for five minutes. Even in Karnan, NTR's role is not even there for a quarter of the screen time, that is why it is considered a cameo. If you have a standard for defining cameos, let me know. I usually go by this rule: If an actor is there for less than 25% of the screentime, it is a cameo. Page moves

Page moves are not trivial. This has become a common practice to intimidate fellow editors. If I dont put parenthesis (TV series) the same wikipedia editor moves to parenthesis (TV series). This behavior is a deliberate attempt by antagonist editors and vandals. Within next month if any editor moves it to (TV Series) then what would be the logic?
