The article it was for the moroccan artist Reggio, who known also as Amine Moukrim, his an famous rapper and actor in morocco and hi has many projects on television and cinema, and it was the first moroccan rapper who won 2 Lboulvard price in 2012-2015! so Why his not qualified?

• Hi, all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). The article your submitted has no sources at all. Also social media accounts are not helpful as not independent or neutral. Also user generated content such as wikis (including Wikipedia) are not independent reliable sources. So if they are a "famous rapper and actor in morocco" then sources should exist, so please add and resubmit. Regards KylieTastic (talk) 18:51, 10 November 2022 (UTC)

• Hi, as I said you'll need to add any references to the draft and re-sumbit. However also note that more YouTube videos are not considered reliable sources (such as performances) and many are not independent such as interviews. Lots of people to performances and interviews but not necessarily notable. I should have also said see WP:MUSICBIO for extra information on what the guidelines say for musicians.
