You were asked to follow the above guidelines and act on them, and you didn't, and that is why I am going to block you: I need to see you address your COI, and act on that following the rules in WP:COIDECLARE. I am trying to follow the guidelines, but am not good with technology. I can't get on your talk page on the Makepeace account. I will try to get back on that account and disclose that I have a COI, but I thought that it wouldn't matter because I can't edit the page anyway? Let me try again, though....
