Managing a conflict of interest

We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Speedy deletion nomination of Assetz Property Group and Co.

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Assetz Property Group and Co. for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
