March 2014 edit

You are receiving this as you have recently added an interwiki link to a page!

Wikidata has been deployed to the English Wikipedia. Wikidata manages interwiki links on a separate project on pages such as this. This means that on Wikipedia articles there is now a language bar on the left hand side of your screen where you can edit and add links rather than adding them into the articles themselves.

If you have any questions regarding Wikidata please use the talk page Wikipedia talk:Wikidata.

Proposed deletion of Dinko Zhelyazkov edit

Hello, AngelOfDestiny. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Dinko Zhelyazkov, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Ravendrop 08:20, 3 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

June 2014 edit

Hello. Your recent edit to List of male professional bodybuilders appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. January 2015 edit

Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.

  • Although you did provide a source, the source is not reliable. Please see WP:RSOPINION for the reason blogs are not acceptable in this circumstance.--☾Loriendrew☽ (talk) 19:08, 11 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • I thought I'd explain a bit about reliable sources. The big thing about what makes a source reliable is whether or not it can be verified in some form or fashion. In other words, does the source undergo any sort of editorial oversight that can be verified? If so, what type of editorial oversight does it have? Has the source been known for posting false material or otherwise tampering with their content? (IE, do they routinely mis-quote something, mis-represent something, or talk about the subject in a tabloid-esque fashion?) For the most part blogs will not pass the verification process since they are almost always self-published sources (WP:SPS) that undergo little to no editorial oversight that can be verified. There are some rare exeptions to this but those are usually when we have the blogs of someone that is exceedingly well known (a professional organization, a well-known person like Stephen King, etc) and their blogs are usually routinely quoted in other reliable sources. Now when you get more professional websites you are more likely to get usable articles and reviews, but even then you have to look at their submission guidelines: do they edit the material or do they post it "as is"? Some sites will not edit the material at all except for minor grammatical errors, meaning that the content is pretty much unverified. This may not seem as bad for stuff like reviews, but essentially it makes the website an "anyone can publish" type of deal, which can be a big issue if they're writing an article about something as opposed to a review. (Although even then sometimes people can make claims in reviews that can be based on myth or rumor, which can be problematic.) My basic rule of thumb is to look and see if the site is listed on Rotten Tomatoes. Any critic on Rotten Tomatoes would count as a reliable source on Wikipedia (although note that the audience reviews/reception does not count towards notability). That's not to mean that they're the end all of usable reviews, mind you. If you don't see them on RT then the next step would be to look at their editorial process (as noted above) and if you have any questions, bring the source up on WP:RS/N. They're usually pretty good about getting back to you quickly. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:04, 14 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Sergey Kucherov (bodybuilder) edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sergey Kucherov (bodybuilder) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Proposed deletion of Feras Saied edit

The article Feras Saied has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Wgolf (talk) 15:05, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. Proposed deletion of Second Blood edit

The article Second Blood has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Film that has not yet begun production, and thus should not have an article per WP:NFF.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please note that once you've submitted an AFC draft to the review queue, it has to stay there until it's reviewed by an AFC reviewer. Warning about civility edit

This edit won't help your cause. I responded you civilly on several occasions and there was no need for such blatant rudeness and uncivilty - I would hate to see you get blocked or banned from editing your favourite pages, however you must learn to edit civilly and discuss edits where there might be instances of fancruft or a potentially non-neutral point of view. If I wasn't trying to help you, I wouldn't have included links to the relevant policies or procedures. Things like listing an article where something says "best album of the year so far" isn't an official accolade that we can list because its a snapshot in time, not a full list/published definitive list.

Not that I need to explain to you, but I'm actually an Xtina fan and I think its great that fans are rediscovering previous albums. I'm simply trying to maintain a neutral and fair reflection of the views on the album and not giving undue weight that turs wikipedia into a fansite. We're an encyclopedia not a blog or fansite.

Please do not leave uncivil messages on my talk page again, otherwise I will notify administrators. Additionally, if you want to discuss things I'm more than happy to do so on article talk pages so long as things are kept to facts and the articles themselves. Please don't bring wikipedia into disripute. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 17:59, 13 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Please do not add uncited material to articles, as you did with this edit to Erika Elenia. October 2023 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Christina Aguilera. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. The number of attendees in a concert is not relevant to the page. See WP:ROC. Maxwell King123321 22:12, 4 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

February 2024 edit

Hello, I'm Jeraxmoira. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to IMbesharam have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 17:25, 19 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to IMbesharam. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Do not restore the edits unless you intend to rewrite them.

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 11:57, 20 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to remove maintenance templates without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at IMbesharam, you may be blocked from editing. Stop removing the advert and orphan tag before fixing them. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 12:17, 20 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Fachpraca.pl moved to draftspace edit

Thanks for your contributions to Fachpraca.pl. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Jeraxmoira🐉 (talk) 15:19, 17 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
