I am the Wikipedian who goes by the nom de plume Calidum, a partial translation of Hot Stop, my former username. Welcome to my userpage!

I first joined Wikipedia in April 2011, though I edited before that anonymously. I currently have rollback, reviewer and page mover rights on Wikipedia. The last one is my favorite and the one I use most often, as I frequently participate in and close move requests.

A bit of a WikiGnome, I prefer to make incremental changes to articles, such as copyediting them, updating them with new information, and removing vandalism. I am also a regular at WP:In the news.

I have authored three articles since joining Wikipedia: Charles II de Cossé, Duke of Brissac, Mike Hazen, and George Godsey, which appeared on the main page's did you know section.

Outside of Wikipedia, I am a lifelong resident of the Boston area. As such, I am an obnoxious fan of the city's sports teams and strongly believe Good Will Hunting is the greatest movie of all time.

That's enough about me. If you have any questions, I can be reached on my talk page.

Happy editing!

Thank you, Latin hot spot, for quality articles such as George Godsey and (more so) for your tireless gnomish work, dealing with ITN nominations, vandalism, unconstructive editing, page moves and requested moves, for being willing to serve in the toughest job around using the rare term "common sense" in the context, - you are an awesome Wikipedian!
