Title?
editI made this article under the title "Zhang Yuqi" because I figured, hey, she's Chinese, that's her real name. On the other hand, Kitty Zhang Yuqi is searched far more often than Zhang Yuqi or Kitty Zhang (I can't help it if the clueless media has gone on and on repeating a name that doesn't quite make sense). Personally I don't think it matters, since Kitty Zhang Yuqi redirects here anyway...but if anyone else has thoughts I'd appreciate some input. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 13:50, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Surgery
editApparently some HK magazines reported that Zhang had liposuction before being cast in CJ7:
- 姚琳琳 (Yao Linlin) (10 November 2006). ""星女郎"花费10万来沪"吸脂" 全身抽脂近20处 ("Sing girl" spends 100,000 yuan for 20 liposuctions)". 东方早报 (Eastern Morning Post). Retrieved 28 June 2009.

(this story or slightly modified versions of it are reprinted on a ton of different websites. the date seems strange, but maybe CJ7 was already in pre-production by then). I can't decide whether or not to mention it in the article; the source seems reliable, but there might not be any reason to add this anyway. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 19:20, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
DBE vs AJTTW
editI was wondering if something should be said about the fact that Dragon Ball Evolution (the movie that she was wanted in, by director Stephen Chow) is based, in part, on "A Journey to the West" (well the manga was anyways), which she did, and the character she played is parodied in Dragon Call, and DBE; the character's name is Bulma Parad0x130 (talk) 07:31, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- I don't see how this is important. It's just random connections. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 01:12, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
