Who were the parties? edit

Until a moment ago, the article said that the treaty was between France and the Holy Roman Empire. I don't think that's quite right, but the text of the treaty is kind of tricky. from what I can gather looking at the text of the treaty, it was a treaty between France and the Emperor, who was signing both on behalf of his hereditary dominions (the Habsburg Monarchy) and, separately, on behalf of the Empire. Cobenzl was the plenipotentiary of the emperor, but the treaty was subject to ratification by both the Emperor (as ruler of his hereditary domains) and, separately, the Reichstag (for the Empire).
