- The text was added here in this edit from 23 December 2008. At the bottom of the Buffalo Sports page it says "The biographies contained on this website were written at the time of the honoree's induction into the Hall of Fame", which was 2003. -- John of Reading (talk) 09:12, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

– Has the tennis player become the primary topic here? He overwhelmingly wins by pageviews (42x more since 2020) and dominates Google Search results. - Support as primary topic. The difference in page views is overwhelming. It has also persisted for years, as far back as the page views data goes: [1] (see logarithmic scale). There is no comparably large difference in long-term significance. Both topics are largely sourced to contemporaneous news reports. As Hameltion suggests, "substantially greater enduring notability" doesn't inherently follow from any particular accomplishment. Adumbrativus (talk) 07:29, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
