ALT1: ... that The One(pictured) has 105,000 square feet (9,800 m2), 21 bedrooms and 49 bathrooms, 30-car garage, four-lane bowling alley, casino, nightclub, and five swimming pools, including a moat? Source: [2][3]
I think both hooks need to include the fact that this is a private residence, not a convention centre or something. That is, if you have a source for that? Gatoclass (talk) 10:39, 22 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Overall: Muboshgu, regarding the square footage, I don't think such a statistic would mean much to most folks, and there are already a plethora of numbers in ALT3, so it reads like overkill to me. Apart from which, it's already clear the place is huge from the rest of the description, not to mention the image. And in any case, the extra number would take the hook over the 200-char limit.
Both hooks are verified. I am AGFing on ALT3 as the source is behind a paywall. The image is good and would make for a good lead hook. it should also generate a lot of interest, if only for people to indulge their disgust at such conspicuous overconsumption. FWIW, I think the place has about as much charm as an airport lounge, but there's no accounting for taste. Cheers - Gatoclass (talk) 13:01, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
