The other negative reviews seem to be fair, but I looked up Rex Reed's wiki (the guy who gave the movie a 0 score) and apparently he's something of a troll and/or bully. It does not appear to be an objective or very good representation of those who did not like the movie. Not knowing much about movie reviewers I would however rather wait for someone who would know better than me, but it does not seem his opinion is taken very seriously.
I've removed the Rex Reed review for the reasons stated above: fundamentally, it is not representative of the negative reviews of this film. It is also an unusually mean-spirited review ("jarringly untalented writer-director", "Shane Black’s credits (wrote Lethal Weapon, directed Iron Man 3) disqualify him from being taken seriously", etc.), and it's factually incorrect when it calls the Healy character a "rival dick"--it's a plot point that he is a hired tough guy and not a private investigator. Reed repeats the mistake by calling them both "private eyes". Consequently it seems like an unusually low-quality review on top of being unrepresentative. The rest of the negative review paragraph does a good job of summarizing such views without the Rex Reed sentence. 2603:8000:A303:F8EC:A861:E980:187E:AFD6 (talk) 07:48, 8 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
