Need for an update

edit

Old website is dead. Expansion plans detailed are from 2010. Does this chain still exist? Can someone update the article with some current information? Regardless of whether the company is alive or history. In the meantime I have added the update template. gidonb (talk) 00:54, 26 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Dr. Blofeld: I see that you are the creator and still active on Wikipedia. Would it be possible for you to update the article with the current situation, whatever it may be? gidonb (talk) 00:57, 26 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Cunard: According to the logo, the page name should be The Aroma Cafe. Yoninah (talk) 00:40, 1 June 2020 (UTC) Yoninah (talk) 00:41, 1 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • ... that McDonald's lost over £20 million in its sale of Aroma Café, the first non-American chain it had acquired to run as a different brand?

5x expanded by Cunard (talk). Self-nominated at 04:59, 23 May 2020 (UTC).Reply

  • Article has been kept at AfD, so starting the review
  •  Y Article is long enough (10626 characters), has been 5x expanded according to DYK Check, nominated in time (expansion started 20 May, nominated 23 May), and article is within policy. Copyvio tool gets 39.7% chance of copyvio, but these are all direct quotes so not actually copyvios
  •  Y Hook is short enough, interesting, and well-cited (by combination of the 2 sources)
  •  ? QPQ not done. Cunard please can you provide a QPQ for this nomination?
  •   Overall this nomination will be good to go once QPQ is done. Joseph2302 (talk) 11:25, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Joseph2302: QPQ rule is exempted for users having less than five DYK credits, as of the now user doesn't have any. KCVelaga (talk) 16:54, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
KCVelaga The bot appears to be incorrect, there are 6 DYKs just in the user's 2018-20 talkpage archives. Joseph2302 (talk) 17:24, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Joseph2302: Ah, OK! Thanks for clarifying. KCVelaga (talk) 17:45, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
