Lots of notable (and non-notable) people buried there, but their descriptions are too wordy. By limiting the list to those with WP articles readers can find interesting details by looking at the individual WP articles. But if we include to much we lose focus on the subject of the article, which is the cemetery itself. Also, if we include people without WP articles we have the problem of WP:Verification. E.g., we would need to write about who they were, plus verify the fact that they are buried at St. Francis. When the listing shows that we have some politicians and sports figures, plus that burials of notable people are on-going, then the interested reader benefits. All else is clutter. – S.
