"Saint" and "St." honorifics edit
@Tomcat7: I'm removing the occurrences of "Saint" and "St." in this and other articles per WP:HON, which tells us to avoid styles and honorifics related to royalty, clergy, and sainthood, and WP:WikiProject Saints/Style Guidelines, which more explicitly says to avoid styles like "Venerable", "Blessed" or "Saint" for NPOV. IMO, this is similar to how PBUH, SAWW, and "Prophet" (with a capital P) used with mentions of Muhammad per MOS:PBUH. It is stated in the lede that Simeon is a "righteous saint" in the Russian Orthodox Church, but constantly appending the prefix "St" or "Saint" goes against the MOS. Why should the MOS treats saints differently than Muhammad and other religious honorifics? --FyzixFighter (talk) 23:29, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
