Roxana MărăcineanuRoxana Maracineanu – Per WP:ENGLISH and WP:RECOGNIZABILITY as "Maracineanu" is the version of her surname by which she is best known; as of 21 May 2022 Google results between the two versions are: Roxana Mărăcineanu (17,800 results) and Roxana Maracineanu (704,000 results) a difference of 189.81%. Per WP:COMMONNAME since she is a public figure, a former athlete and a former member of the French government, that spelling is the only one in official sources.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] R from diacritics can be used instead.

  • Weak support per nom and in an attempt to ensure this isn't relisted again. Google seems as good a guess as we're going to get. SnowFire (talk) 02:04, 6 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
