Does this article fulfills the notability requirement? I doubt that.
There's another Reuven Yaron, a Professor Emeritus of Roman Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
He wrote a book about the Laws of Eshnunna, and that wiki page links here.
This article is probably more appropriate in sites like izkor.gov.il, and the admins should change
