Has anyone actually asked the founders?

My first thought was Pirx+kon, but that is probably because I have read a bit of Lem. · · · Peter (Southwood) (talk): 05:46, 26 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

They merged two words "Pyra" (which means "potato" in Poznan(especially in poznan, in rest of country we call it "kartofel") and "con" (which is shortcut for convention) That's why it's called Pyrkon. · · · 3thn1 (talk)
