Coq d'argent edit

I do see the funny side of the name of the restaurant perched atop 1 Poultry. After all, roosters are classed as poultry. -- Ohc ¡digame! 03:04, 17 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

It's also where the City gents spunk all their money. 87.102.44.18 (talk) 10:06, 24 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Now Grade II*-listed edit

Just a quick drive-by note (sorry, no time now to add details) to say it was listed at Grade II* yesterday. Listing particulars have an extensive bibliography as well as historical and architectural details. Hassocks5489 (Floreat Hova!) 09:08, 29 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • According to Historic England, it's the youngest building on the List.[1] Kelly hi! 11:19, 29 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

History of the site edit

I think the article would benefit from more information about the history of the site. There's a little about the Mappin & Webb building (surely worthy of an article of its own), no mention of St Benet Sherehog, and nothing about the period from 1666 to 1870.
