Fair use rationale for Image:NS logo.jpg

Image:NS logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Train service pattern to Marina South Pier

If most trains now terminate at Marina South Pier, why is the title of the article still saying that most trains terminate at Marina Bay? Someone please help to update the article's title. JaventheAldericky (talk) 16:40, 4 April 2017 (UTC)
