What is the basis for describing Pinheiro as Portuguese? He was born in Portuguese India, but we usually don't describe people who were born in British India as British. The article does not say that he has Portuguese citizenship, that he has ever lived in Portugal, or that he identifies as Portuguese. Verbcatcher (talk) 12:58, 18 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
