Dyslexia edit

I know Jay and he struggles with pretty severe Dyslexia, but I can't source anything as its simply personal knowledge. Also Revolution is mostly in Atlanta, GA Novaterata 01:11, 5 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think Bakker discusses his Dyslexia in his book, "Son of a Preacher Man" so it would be fine to put this fact in the article and use the book as a reference. You should probably put it in with the sentence about the book.Slffea 01:21, 8 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

"Mainstream" edit

The lead says, "During his young adult years Bakker became disillusioned with mainstream Christianity, becoming particularly critical of Christian fundamentalism and the Christian right." This implies that Christian fundamentalism and the Christian right are part of the mainstream, but they aren't. Mainstream Christianity is generally understood to be synonymous with mainline Christianity, which is neither fundamentalist nor right-wing. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 08:26, 13 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
