Seems to me that it would make sense to include the exact date of completion in the lead
In the lead, you have Early-blooming Cherry capitalized, in the body, you do not. Pick one or the other.
The laid down date is different in the prose and the infobox.
The date for when it was stricken from the Japanese navy list is different in the infobox versus the one in the prose.
The scrapping date is different between the infobox and the main prose.
Seems like maybe this belongs somewhere in a Soviet Navy category, but I'm not personally familiar enough with the Soviet Navy to tell exactly which one is which.
