It is so awful, so terrible...to be blamed and have no redress. I am receiving abusive actions such as fleets of small cars tooting at my door and signs being painted on the sidewalk outside my gate and a road up sign at my door all the time with no work being done and I believe that my upstairs neighbours are sending social media signs to the fleet of young drivers in small cars telling them when I am up and about .I hear a buzz as I rise in the morning and the cars start whiizzing round the road...The neighbours do not like me as I turned them down to watch their children in the past. I am 81 years old .
