Yeah, I did not know what to do- one source with a degree of certainty says "Jakov Lukarević rodio se 1547. g. kao sin kneza Petra Lukarevića i Mare Bonda.": the other source being www.enciklopedija.hr with 1551. And , yes, I am too always for signed text, but as it seems both sources are unsigned - so I gave them both same wight. This city page seem pretty serious and devoted, and I wouldn't write them off lightly - they are some sort of legacy association, maybe academic in nature (museum, or somethong) ౪ Santa ౪99° 07:51, 1 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Yes the Croatian Biographical Lexicon articles note the authors and dates of each individual entry, while the Croatian Encyclopedia doesn't do that. This could be because the latter was conventionally published in volumes and was the core output of the Lexicographical Institute. Either way, the latter institution carries way more weight than anything run by a single city. We should find a secondary source, though. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 19:20, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
I eventually included both years either/or for now. I have searched at the time but could not find anything conclusive, unless we accept [1]lazaretihub.com -biografija: jakov-lukarevic as OK source, in absence of anything better. ౪ Santa ౪99° 19:45, 16 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
