Not sure if Gregg Appliances was the old name... if it is, I'd personally use it, but... this is essentially how we do this whole title thing right. Don't worry about those dots in the logo, because they're irrelevant; focus on print. Don't worry about any lowercase guideline; they're commonly misread, barely work as is, and are guidelines that need to be evaluated every chance one can spare. - I was not suggesting that Gregg Appliances Inc should become the name, because of WP:COMMONNAME. Accessibility/readability should be taken into account. I very much doubt that anyone would struggle to read HHGregg. May I just point out that the discussion is about moving it to this version. It is currently hhgregg, which is confusing. When I google 'hhgregg', two out of the first five results contain 'HHGregg' in their title: [1]; [2]. Not one of the results has 'H. H. Gregg', of which you suggest the presence will be beneficial to readers. You need to provide evidence of this being a good idea. And, actually we often do mimic logo styles, see JPMorgan Chase as an example. MOS:TMRULES states that editors should not, ' "correct" the spelling, punctuation, or grammar of trademarks'. What you are doing is trying to change the page name to be in-line with the MoS, thereby breaching this guideline. Does the title Jim Johnson (New Jersey politician) imply that "New Jersey politician" is part of the guy's name, or is it just there because there's another reason why the article can't just be at "Jim Johnson"? - People are supposed to be able to trust an encyclopaedia as a reliable source (or, collection of sources). Anyone with a basic understanding of English knows that a pair of brackets inserts a non-compulsary sub-clause. It is WP policy to include this sort of information in the name of an article which is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, or where there could be ambiguity. I have directed you to the policy section which explains that one should not alter the 'spelling, punctuation or grammar of trademarks'. If people see 'H. H. - I am assuming that by 'standard' English you mean what is listed in the MoS. Because there are plenty of places where it is not standard to place full stops and spaces after initials. There are only two options which make sense here; either keep it as is, ie no caps, or cap the H, H and G. Otherwise you are altering the name. Also, you are suggesting that what is in the article should not be altered. I take that to mean that you think all instances of 'H.H. Gregg' need changing to hhgregg/HHGregg. "H. H. Gregg" versus "HHGregg" within the article edit
The RM discussion has been closed with a decision to use "H. H. Gregg" as the article title. However, at least one editor seems to think that the styling of the name that is used inside the article should be different from what is used in the title, per this edit. I disagree, and I suggest that we should resolve this by discussion here on the Talk page. —BarrelProof (talk) 17:53, 10 August 2017 (UTC)

- Yes, of course write the text to conform to the title. There is no continued pissing match to be had between fans of one versus the other stylization. The RM settles the matter; it would defy all WP:Common sense as well as WP:POLICY, WP:GAMING, WP:CONSENSUS, WP:NOT#BUREAUCRACY, WP:LAWYER, etc., to suppose that we'd next have to have an RfC to make the rest of the text agree with the title after we just came to a consensus determination to use "H.
