Name

I understand that there seems to be a rule to have a person's birth name at the beginning, which I don't think is a good idea if it deviates much from the name that is common and known. I doubt that we serve our readers well by citing all his 10+ given names before we ever mention when he lived. IAR? We don't supply his place of birth until in the body, how about doing the same for his birth names? (As it was, that is.) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:11, 18 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Alternatively, the full name can be set in brackets as in John of Saxony. Grimes2 (talk) 14:07, 18 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
It could but would still hold up reading important things for too long, imho. Might work for Max Reger though, - feel free to do it there, - I would revert a second time, which I hate to do. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:43, 18 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
Kudos to whoever figured that name out! CsikosLo (talk) 00:09, 19 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
