The article repeats the erroneous opening date 8 February. And there are no proper citations.
And confusion about whether we are discussing the Company or the railway line. This is often a problem, and it is best to focus on the railway line while mentioning the company and the line's subsequent history. This last is important, as if we don't do that, any developments after 1923 (for example) would have to be in the articles for one or other of the Big Four; and after 1948 in "British Railways" or "Railtrack" etc etc. Afterbrunel (talk) 19:14, 7 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
