1981 French Open – Women's singles → 1981 French Open – Women's Singles – use the capitalisation as all other articles in Category:French Open by year – Women's Singles. if lowercase is correct, then move all the other ones instead, but we should be consistent. – Frietjes (talk) 18:45, 25 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Comment, it may be best to change the all the others. Ref: List of Australian Open women's singles champions; List of Wimbledon ladies' singles champions, List of US Open women's singles champions. Men's and doubles events all feature lower case. Also: fr:Simple dames des Internationaux de France 1981 which contains the text: "... du simple dames de l’édition 1981 des Internationaux de France de tennis ..."

Re: Category:French Open by year – Women's Singles. Perhaps there is only one article that half way achieved consistency with the rest of the World. ref: Category:French Open by year – Women's Doubles, Category:French Open by year – Men's Singles, Category:French Open by year – Men's Doubles,
