Should any subcategories be moved so they are named consistency?

As I pointed out at Category talk:Confederate States of America monuments and memorials, these subcategories are not named consistently. Should some of them be moved, and if so, which ones? Yes, the latter. I just noticed some of the categories start with "Confederate monuments and memorials" and others start with "Confederate States of America monuments and memorials". ---Another Believer _(Talk) 23:05, 30 August 2017 (UTC)
