Speedy deletion nomination of Muuse Biixi

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

Getting back an article

I saw your question at the Teahouse, [1] after you removed it. If Draft:Muuse Biixi is it, ‎your article still seems to be there. If it was another page that was deleted, see wp:REFUND.

One thing I noticed at Draft:Muuse Biixi was you were using other Wikipedia (WP) pages as 'references', but this is not allowed. WP pages are not regarded as wp: Reliable sources.

I noticed you said at the Teahouse:

"Media advisor of Kulmiye party ask me to do this job as a web developer, I would be appreciated any kind of help."

Please see wp:Conflict of interest and wp:Paid editing, in case these apply to you in regards to the page you wanted to create about:

"Muse Bihi Abdi the Chairman of Kulmiye political party of Somaliland".

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
