Hi Theguitarwizard, a bit tips for you from my experience. Try to edit any existing article first as many as you can, e.g. expanding the stub articles, writing them until it achieve B-class level (ready for GA-class review submission), add photos, add coordinates, add infoboxes, add proper category, add inline citations to any unreferenced sentences in articles, archive any dead/rotten links in any existing Wikipedia article, linking them to Commons or Wikiquote etc. Please do that first for 1-2 years until you have reached like 10,000 edits (play around with various type of articles, e.g. biography, tourist places, events, overview, administrative divisions etc) until you have received 'autoconfirmed user' user right, then you'll have a better understanding on how to edit Wikipedia. Not straight away creating new Wikipedia articles without having enough editing experience/history first. And also, maybe instead of writing new biography articles, why don't you try to write new Wikipedia articles about something else, maybe music (song, album, musical event/festival, new music genre etc) ~ Cheers. If you don't understand many of the terminologies I write here, you can start to explore all of the terminologies in Wikipedia first and also its Manual of Style writing.
