Speedy deletion of The Ultimate Koopa edit

A tag has been placed on The Ultimate Koopa, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD a7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Iain99 18:22, 9 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

Rescue 911 edit

Hi, I noticed you have an interest in the page List of Rescue 911 episodes. This is a page I am busy working to construct, and it will likely take me a long time, as the show went on for so many years.

You probably have noticed what information I am trying to gather about each episode:

  • the date it was initially aired
  • the date of the event shown
  • the location of the event
  • a one-line summary
  • various external links. The external links I am looking for include:
    • the YouTube videos of each story (they exist for many but not all)
    • news links of the events
    • pages on Google Street View showing the location of the event or some part thereof (unless it is a private residence)

If you can aid in the construction of this page, that would be very helpful. You can find information about the individual episodes at this site or at this site. On YouTube, the episodes are named with 3-digit numbers, with the first digit being the season, and the other two digits being the episode number. For example, to find season 2, episode 7, you would enter "Rescue 911 207."Sebwite (talk) 21:01, 16 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sean Slater edit

The reason I did that is because he's not in the show at the moment beacuase he's filming a fairly sizable storyline with the Mitchells which will be shown in a few weeks. He's on the departing characters section because he'll be leaving properly at the end of the year after that storyline. I hope that answers the question, I'm dyslexic so I probably only confused you! :) steveking89 22:45, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Waterloo Road Series 5 edit

Both waterlooroadTV.co.uk and Angela Griffin on Twitter have confirmed that the BBC have said Waterloo Road 5 will not air until at least the end of October. Early indications DID say September, with both Angela and various other members of the cast including Dean Smith confirming it on their twitter pages beforehand, however this looks set to have changed to October due to editing issues with the programme. Also, various recent articles such as http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2009/08/07/denise-welch-quits-waterloo-road-for-loose-women-115875-21578739/ also state and October premier. 92.23.127.57 (talk) 17:39, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Waterloo Road - Lauren Andrews edit

Hi, just thought id clear up the confusion around the character Lauren in WR. In the 4th series, Darcy was only supposed to be a minor character, but her contract was extended. The character was given the name Lauren Flecther, however this was only used on one occasion when the character's mother briefly appeared. In the new series, Lauren has become core cast and has been given the name Lauren Andrews. It's basically just a matter of a swift character name change. Hope this helps :) 92.23.200.164 (talk) 19:13, 21 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Pursuant to the ANI discussion noted above, I have blocked this account for 2 weeks. This sanction is more in the way of a "last warning", in that I have no objection to it being lifted just as soon as you undertake to be less aggressive and tone down your commentary. That said, if you do start shouting and swearing again I suggest that you are then blocked indefinitely until you can convince an admin that you really will reign in the language. The same applies if you are inclined to allow the sanction to expire, without an unblock request. As for the issues, regarding availibility, I would note that WP does not concern itself with "reality" (as in "truth") but rather with what the reliable sources say - and your personal experience does not qualify as WP:RS. It can be a pain, but cyber foot stomping is not the appropriate method of dealing with it. LessHeard vanU (talk) 23:16, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

January 2013 edit

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia without further notice. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 01:33, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used mainly for trolling, disruption or harassment. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  KTC (talk) 01:41, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
