Nothing to indicate meets WP:GNG (granted this occurred before the advent of the internet, but there is very little/no coverage of a kind that indicates this event meets/met WP:LASTING). Seems to fall into the category of WP:NOTNEWS (granted it's terrible that two people lost their lives, but nothing to suggest this event is more notable than similar events which occur daily/globally). The content itself reads overtly like a news report (or a copy/paste of one)
