Timeline of women in science

edit

Hi there, TSR! You've made a great start on this. As you no doubt realize, it needs to be expanded. If you are interested in contributing further, you might like to draw on the links under "See also" or look at my suggestions of the talk page. As you seem interested in writing articles about women, you might like to join our wikiproject Women in Red. You'll find lots of potential collaborators there. I see in the short time you have been editing, you've already created nine articles including several biographies of women. Keep it up. You are doing very well!--Ipigott (talk) 11:23, 22 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Helen Woodrow Bones

The AfD closed as "Keep" for this very interesting article you created on August 15. I nominated it for Did You Know, including your name as article creator and mine for helping to expand it by a factor of 5. HouseOfChange (talk) 15:32, 26 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Socking

Are you going to admit that you are Dante8, or do I have to start yet another sock investigation on you? Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 20:41, 29 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

From my limited experience, TheSavannahRoller is creating content in underserved areas. Flyer22 Reborn, could you please explain what negative behavior of this editor, past or current, requires them to be permanently exiled from Wikipedia? I am not an admin or a very-experienced editor, just somebody trying to learn more about a situation that puzzles me. HouseOfChange (talk) 23:25, 29 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Hi, HouseOfChange. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Dante8/Archive#29 June 2018. Yes, TheSavannahRoller is a Dante sock. Dante also "creat[ed] content in underserved areas." If you look at the June 2018 case and TheSavannahRoller's contributions and still do not think that TheSavannahRoller is Dante, I don't know what to tell you. But TheSavannahRoller has been reported and will be blocked. If TheSavannahRoller has already seen this message, then TheSavannahRoller has likely created a WP:Sleeper account by now. The editor might already have WP:Sleeper accounts. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 00:11, 30 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
And Dante could try for the WP:Standard offer, but Dante won't. Dante will continue to edit as IPs and create new accounts. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 00:14, 30 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Helen Woodrow Bones

edit

On 20 September 2018, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Helen Woodrow Bones, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Helen Woodrow Bones (pictured), US President Woodrow Wilson's first cousin, became a "surrogate First Lady" for 16 months between the death of his first wife and his second marriage? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Helen Woodrow Bones. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Helen Woodrow Bones), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
